TVE Group purchased the property (which had formerly been used as offices) and secured planning permission for conversion to a 67 bed student accommodation residence and basement bar.
The student accommodation was built over 6 storeys and comprised a mix of Studios (self contained flats for single occupancy), Twodios (2 study bedrooms sharing a communal kitchen/diner and bathroom), and Cluster Flats (en suite study bedrooms sharing a communal kitchen/diner for 3 or 4 occupants).
