TVE Group purchased the site and secured planning permission for a 51 bed student accommodation residence. The accommodation was built over 4 storeys and comprised a mixture of Studios (self-contained flats for single occupancy) and Cluster Flats (en suite bedrooms sharing a communal kitchen/diner facility for 3 or 4 occupants).
