TVE Group purchased the properties at 62, 64 & 66 Whiteladies Road (which formerly traded as Maskreys furniture department store) and secured planning permission for conversion to a 52 bed student accommodation residence and a ground floor retail unit.
The student accommodation comprised a mix of Studios (self-contained flats for single occupancy) and Cluster flats (en suite study bedrooms sharing a communal kitchen/diner facility for 4 or 5 occupants).
